Product Certification Services
Inspire QAS applies a transparent and non-discriminatory fee structure in accordance with MS ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17067, and DSM accreditation requirements.
All applicants are charged based on defined scope and objective criteria. No preferential pricing is applied.
1. Inspection & Certification Fees
Certification fees are determined based on product scope and complexity and apply uniformly to all applicants.

The above fees represent a lump-sum certification fee and include:
- evaluation activities (document review and on-site assessment); and
- certification decision and certificate issuance (RM 800 per certificate).
Audit duration and allocation of resources are determined internally based on scope and risk and do not affect the published fee structure.
2. Certification Fee

The certification fee applies uniformly to each issued certificate and covers:
- independent certification decision;
- certificate issuance; and
- maintenance of certification records.
3. Transportation & Travel Costs
Transportation costs are charged based on audit location and actual travel requirements.
- Peninsular Malaysia (Flight): Estimated return flight RM 500
- Sabah / Sarawak: Estimated return flight RM 1,500
- Overseas Audits: Based on destination and travel requirements, or arranged directly by the client
Transportation costs are quoted separately and do not include e-hailing cost to and from the airport.
4. Administrative & Conditional Fees

- Fees are reviewed periodically to ensure consistency and sustainability.
- Quotations are issued after application review and scope confirmation.
- Payment of fees does not guarantee certification approval.
